A Brief Synopsis of Me

I've never visited a blog site, nor have I ever imagined starting one myself; but, here I am. So, as I begin my journey into the blog world, please be gentle with me. My name is Hannah Shapiro--I am an English Major and a Florida State Seminole, a sister of Alpha Omicron Pi, the President of Coda A'Capella, the proud girlfriend of a Midshipman at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, the daughter to a beautiful family, and a young woman completely lost in this world. I am explicitly imperfect, but the most prolific perfectionist. I am a walking contradiction--hence the confusion on what my place is in this world. My dream is to do something extraordinary with the life I have been given; I dream to thrive in each day and not just survive. Being so astray, I find it difficult to understand just how I can achieve those dreams. My hopes for this blog is to offer sanctity to those living a life similar to mine, entertainment for those following my story, to inspire, offer advice, and to ultimately find out who I am and unearth my purpose. I appreciate those who follow my introspective journey and support me through the inquisitive moments and the days of great joy. With patience, persistence, and a whole lot of coffee, I have faith that my dreams will come true. Thanks to all who help me get there and to this blog for getting me started!
